- How do I sign up?
- Open the catalog, choose a suitable proxy, and create an account during checkout or via the sign-up page.
Product
- Which authentication methods are supported?
- Login/password authentication and IP whitelisting are available, depending on the catalog item you choose.
- Are HTTP and SOCKS5 supported?
- Yes. Supported protocols are listed on each product card and usually include HTTP(S) and SOCKS5.
- Can I choose a specific country?
- Yes. When placing an order, you choose the country, proxy type, number of IPs, and rental period. Country and type availability depends on current catalog stock.
- What proxy types are available?
- The catalog may include residential, mobile, ISP, and datacenter proxies. If there are no active items for a given type, it won't appear in the catalog.
Payment
- How does billing work?
- You choose the country, proxy type, number of IPs, and rental period, then pay for your order once using a supported cryptocurrency. There are no automatic subscriptions or hidden charges.
- How is payment verified?
- After clicking "I've Paid," the payment is manually reviewed by an administrator. Once confirmed, proxies are automatically issued in your dashboard.
- What happens when the rental period ends?
- When the rental period ends, the proxy is automatically released. To continue using it, place a new order in the catalog.

- What is the acceptable use policy?
- Nexus Proxy is intended for legitimate business use only. Actions that violate the law, third-party rights, or the terms of third-party services are prohibited.
- How does support work?
