These Terms govern the use of the website, personal dashboard, and services provided by Nexus Proxy.
By creating an account, placing an order, or using a proxy, the user confirms agreement with these Terms.

3. Acceptable use
Proxies may only be used for lawful purposes.
Using the service for the following is prohibited:

An order is considered created once it has been placed by the user.
A service is considered paid only after payment is confirmed by the system or by an administrator.
Proxies are issued to the account owner to which the order is linked.
The rental period begins from the moment the proxy is issued, unless otherwise stated in the interface.
6. Cryptocurrency payments
The user is required to:
- select the correct coin and network;
- send funds to the specified address;

Nexus Proxy is not responsible for user errors when sending cryptocurrency.
7. Service availability
Nexus Proxy strives to maintain stable operation, but does not guarantee absolute uninterrupted service.
Interruptions may occur due to:
- technical maintenance;
- issues at data centers and network operators;
- blocks imposed by third-party platforms;
- outages;
- updates;
- actions by internet service providers;
- force majeure circumstances.
8. Proxy replacement
Whether a replacement is possible depends on the type of product, the reason for the malfunction, and the results of technical review.
A replacement may be granted if the proxy:
- was not delivered;
- does not work from the start;
- has incorrect parameters;
- is unavailable for reasons attributable to the service.
A replacement may be declined if the issue is caused by:
- incorrect configuration by the user;
- the user's account being blocked on a third-party site;
- violation of usage rules;
- exceeding allowed limits;
- actions of a third-party resource.
9. User responsibility
The user independently determines whether the selected proxy is suitable for their needs.
Nexus Proxy does not guarantee that a proxy will work on every third-party site, since third-party platforms independently set their own rules, filters, and detection systems.
