Terms of Service

This agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relations between Nexus Proxy and the user (the "Customer") in connection with the provision of digital goods and/or services by means of the online service (the "Service").

Using the Service, registering, placing an order, paying for services, or obtaining access to digital materials means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by the Customer.

If the Customer disagrees with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Service.

Under this Agreement, Nexus Proxy undertakes to provide the Customer with digital goods and/or services — access to proxy servers of various types (mobile, residential, ISP, and others) and the rental of IP addresses — and the Customer undertakes to accept the specified goods and services and to pay for them in the manner and on the terms established by this Agreement.

Access to services and digital goods is provided by means of the software, technical, and informational resources of the Service.

The specific composition, cost, validity period, and conditions of provision of the corresponding product or service are specified in the Service before payment.

After successful payment, the Customer is granted access to the purchased product or service in the manner provided for by the Service; proxies are issued to the owner of the account to which the order is linked.

The rental period begins from the moment the proxy is issued, unless otherwise stated in the interface or in the order.

The Customer independently ensures the availability of the necessary technical means and access to the internet.

The cost of goods and services is determined by the tariffs published in the Service at the time of placing the order.

Payment is made by the payment instruments available in the Service, including:

• cryptocurrency — the user is required to select the correct coin and network, send the exact amount to the specified address, account for the network fee, and provide a correct TXID;
• payment methods processed by a third-party payment provider, where such methods are available in the Service.

A transfer on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or with an insufficient amount may lead to a delay or failure of crediting. Nexus Proxy is not responsible for user errors when sending cryptocurrency.

Refunds are carried out in accordance with applicable law, the conditions of the corresponding product or service, and the Refund Policy of the Service.

If a technical problem arises, the Customer may contact support to verify the circumstances and resolve the issue of restoring access or making a refund in the cases provided for.

Proxies may only be used for lawful purposes.

Using the service for the following is prohibited:

• distributing malicious software;
• phishing;
• data theft;
• unauthorized access to systems;
• DDoS attacks;
• mass spam;
• fraud;
• bypassing restrictions in order to commit unlawful acts;
• copyright infringement;
• distributing prohibited content;
• exploitation of child sexual abuse material;
• trading in prohibited goods;
• interfering with the operation of third-party infrastructure;
• any other actions that violate applicable law.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for the lawfulness of their actions when using the Service.

Materials placed in the Service are protected by intellectual property legislation.

Purchasing a product or service does not transfer exclusive rights to the relevant materials to the Customer.

Copying, resale, distribution, publication, and transfer of materials to third parties are prohibited, unless otherwise directly provided for by the conditions of the specific product or by law.

Nexus Proxy may temporarily restrict the operation of the Service for maintenance, updates, or fault fixing.

Nexus Proxy may limit or terminate a Customer's access to the Service in the presence of indications of:

• violation of this Agreement or applicable law;
• fraud;
• abuse of infrastructure;
• security threats;
• attempts to bypass service restrictions;
• use of stolen payment details;
• providing false information.

In emergency cases, access may be suspended without prior notice.

Nexus Proxy may change the functionality of the Service, tariff conditions, and this Agreement with publication of the current version in the Service.

Nexus Proxy does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service or the achievement of any specific result by the Customer, unless such result is directly provided for by the conditions of the purchased service.

To the extent permitted by law, Nexus Proxy is not liable for:

• indirect losses;
• lost profits;
• account blocks on third-party resources;
• actions of third-party sites;
• misuse of proxies;
• user errors during payment;
• blockchain network failures;
• restrictions imposed by internet service providers;
• failures caused by the actions of third parties, telecom operators, payment systems, technical faults, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Nexus Proxy.

The Customer is independently responsible for the use of the provided proxies, materials, and services.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy of the Service.

Nexus Proxy takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information.

The current version of this Agreement is published in the Service.

Continued use of the Service after publication of a new version means acceptance of its terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
